Your Cookware warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship. At any time, any defective, non-electric part of a product will be rapaired or replaced without charge.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations to the product.

If it is determined that your cookware needs to be returned for an evaluation, our representatives will give you the address for our Manufacturing Review Division and an authorization code. Any cookware sent without the proper code will be returned to the sender.
